All the products sold on this site are new and carry a full manufacturer's
warranty. If you have a problem with the product all you need to do is email
us at customercare@sports-watches.co.uk
or call on 0191 375 6663. We will help you resolve any problems
and ensure you are entirely happy with the goods you have purchased.
Returns & Refunds policy
Sports-Watches want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have
the right to cancel or return any product within 30 days without giving a reason.
Just phone us and we will arrange it. All we ask is that you ensure that it
is in its original packing and still in new condition.
If your product is damaged, contact us on customercare@sports-watches.co.uk as soon as you can. We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with not only our products, but our service also. If the product is damaged in any way and not fit for use, we will be happy to refund your money.
